    I thought I'd start a thread about penguins.

    So, does anyone here like penguins?

    My favourite is the King <s>Keith</s> Penguin.

    My girlfriend loves Penguins.

    So for her birthday last year I paid for us to feed the Gumbold penguins at Flamingo Land.

    The biggest problems with some penguins is that they're arrogant, talk rubbish to the other penguins that support them and then, statistically, have the worst record in 125 years at catching fish. They also continually invite their penguin mates from smaller pieces of ice to join them. At first their mates impress, some even bigger pieces of ice are talked about as potential destinations for these penguiny upstarts. But then they turn ***** and struggle to swim. Unless its sideways.

    Eventually the lead penguin of these set of useless gets will probably end up back on his smaller piece of ice, catching so many fish that even those on the bigger piece of ice still can't help but talk about him long after he left. And secretly miss him.

    This penguin also nicks a Barbour jacket off a seal. The ba£tard.
