The person who wrote the above is beyond the scum he talks about.

I'm glad your family fight in wars to allow you to beat a human being with a bat. If that's what they fought for I'm truely saddened. Most decent people fought to bring freedom and better lives to mankind and prevent the abhorant way of thinking you so actively support

 

It's more dangerous he believes himself above them and a doer a good.... I know a certain combover, mustached German who thought similar things...

I know which post you're referring to and to be fair to the poster I don't think he was suggesting that all benefits claimants were scum, just those that screw the system, have never had any intention of working despite them being able and give absolutely nothing back to society. That was my impression anyway. In this case the crime against the victim is terrible and has no place in a civilised society. The fact he was on benefits is irrelevant in my opinion.

 

I would add that the references to beating people on benefits with a bat is beyond the pale regardless of how feckless and distasteful people are. The poster was completely wrong to post along these lines.

 

I'm absolutely sickened by this, both by how someone can treat another human being like this, but also how other supposedly independent people can stand by and watch and occasionally join in the abuse.

This is mainly what I was alluding to, I too have no time for the real cheats, but I believe they should be tracked down and face the full force of the law, thats what civilised people do. I'm afraid that post offended me and felt I had to quote it in the post about the poor chap who was beaten. You once said that you and I had similar beliefs but approached them from different angles, I think you are right in that and sometimes that may cause us to missunderstand what the other has posted and there's nothing wrong in that, at least we care.

 

When i saw the footage i was horrified and soon realised i knew the guy in question. He used to be a regular customer of mine when i worked in hillsboro. He used to make my skin crawl when he came in. A real bobby bull@@@ter, always braggin how much cash he had and wot dodgepot schemes he was up to. He also struck me as a real bully then but absolutley nothing to back it up with. If id have known what i do now i would have filled the sick ba@@@rd in. Hope he gets friendly with the top dog in the knick, but too friendly if u know what im saying. But me and the missis were talking about it last and i reckon this kind of horrific behaviour could be happening all over cos there such dodgepots abouts nowadays
