Agree, plus cant see them wanting to sign a striker.

O'Grady has found his level for me, he's a good striker for a club in our position, really could t see him playing for a top championship side. No disrespect to Chris like...

I think Forest will break the Bank to get Conner Wickham from Sunderland, and drop that massive piece of ***** south of us in it.

    Reality check!!!
Forest have Greg Halford, Darius Henderson, Jamie Mackie, Simon Cox (not to mention Tudgay), on their books.

They've been playing Halford up front, due to a striker shortage...

Wasn't say it was true by any stretch, stumbled across in online so thought I would post it. I live in Nott'm and have a lot of Forest friends who laughed when I mentioned it to them, just can't help but think if we were able to sell him for close to a million pound that money could be invested elsewhere as this is the worst Barnsley side I've seen in years and is why I've not been to a game since Blackpool away having followed Barnsley home and away all of my life.

    Cheers

    God Bless

So it's the worst Barnsley side you've seen in years, yet you've not been to a match since the 2nd game of the season?

    Aye, reight.

The side is virtually the same as last season, and highlights and streaming a few of the games. I've seen enough football to put my opinion across. Blokes like you make me laugh, You wouldn't have the corona's to have a pop at a bloke who shared his opinion in a pub but yet give it the barry big b*llocks through a computer. Get a grip or a woman!

What a response that is, genius. Go on then, I'll bite.

Players we've had that didn't play last season:

    Butland
    Ramage
    M'voto
    Fox
    McCourt
    Pedersen
    Nyatanga

    Hardly virtually the same.

If you seem that post as 'having a pop' you must be barmy, I just couldn't see how you could form an opinion that it's the worst side we've had for years when you haven't been to any games since the second one of the season.

As for giving it 'barry big b0llocks', I disagree with fans' opinions face to face all the time - at games, in the pub etc. I'm one of the most vocally opinionated people you're ever likely to meet, and am happy to disagree about anything face to face with anyone, so you're wrong there I'm afraid.

Of those players you mention who actually players regularly? I didn't particuarly like your attitude, yes maybe the comment was slightly hypocritical but I'm entitled to my opinion as much as a season ticket holder. I used to go every game and criticise others for not going but we have to face up to harsh reality that we're spring spaniel meat.

    Bring Back Steve Parkin

Viva la bottom of the leauge.

All bar Nyatanga have played in a significant number of games.

I didn't criticise you for not going. It's the way you phrased what you said - saying it's the worst side you've 'seen' in years but you haven't actually 'seen' them play since August, hence it seemed an odd comment.

    Chill out :D

Perhaps the word "seen" is being over analysed, highlights and reports are obviously not the most credible ways to judge a side but can you actually disagree that this isn't the worst side we've had since 06 under Ritchie? Most of those players haven't played regularly and the fact Dawson and Perkins play centre mid, is the very reason why we're bottom of the leauge. There's More chance of Tina Turner having a tuna pasta bake tonight than us staying up.
