To say he's never been number one right back he's done well to make 300 appearances in nine and half seasons...

You do realise that all those managers had to turn back to playing Hassell, because they could not replace him with anything as good?

Oh and by the way, NO-ONE cares what you think , You are not the manager !!! Thank ****.

    Like!!

Don't know why people rise to the bait.

He is clearly not worth even listening too. The fact he can't see Bobby's class hahaha what a bitter twisted kid he is.

Knows nothing about everything. Quite funny though to see the ridiculous statements he comes out with.

Would actually think he wasn't a real person but seems people have met him. Odd odd child.

Tyrone and Hemmsy agree on one thing, but i'm sure they will think they are right.

Bobby is a squad player. As back up. A do like him, but we've had better in the past. He's overrated by most of supporters.

What I am saying is that Trippier played his best games for us in midfield, Shotton was good, but was n not ours and the manager went back to Hasse3ll.
It is not a figment of my imagination, Hassell has been fetched back into the side by every manager as soon as we were leaking goals. This is a fact , look at last season, even Flitcroft realised that he needed Hassell to shore up the defence, yet you and Hemsworth have continually slated him, one day you will be correct and Hassell will not be good enough, but that time is not now !!

Yes, right hand side, all his best games for Barnsley were when he played there. Did you not go to Oakwell when we had Trippier then ?

Trippier played the majority of games on the right wing, just ahead of Hassell, once Robins realised Kieran couldn't defend.
hahahahahaha (just put that there cos it's the cool ting to do online innit?)

If he was that good of a player, he would have left us for a bigger wage.

Completely agree & would've done if it wasn't for injuries & the previous 2 managers putting personal vendetta's ahead of selecting the best team.

You underestimate the man too. You do know he has had offers to leave us before?

    Just over a year ago

I attended the 'Evening With Bobby Hassell' at the Lamproom theatre, with barnsley66. There, Bobby admitted he'd had offers to leave Barnsley, including one from Leeds United and another from Sheffield Wednesday. Both would've given him a large pay rise. However, he turned them down. Firstly, he was & is happy at Barnsley. Secondly, he said he wouldn't have signed for either of the Yorkshire clubs out of respect to both Barnsley Football Club and the fans, seeing as they are two of the club's fiercest rivals. Thirdly, he is not a man who is influenced by money and places his & his family's happiness above any financial gains.
