He's awful. I never watch the FL show because of him, and Manish is just as bad at presenting. Not worth the pain for the usual 1 minute that we get.

They are terrible, but then so are most of the other "commentators". I watch with the sound off; when the day dawns that I need somebody to tell me about what I'm watching on a football pitch I'll give up. That Motson really gets on my nerves; non-stop blather. Worse than being married.
Well said, grandfathertyke. I do that as well, and when the missuss comes in from whatever, she'll be like "why is there no sound?" Is is broke or summat, do we need a new telly? etc. etc. Why is there no remote for the missuss?
He's decent on the Monday night club on 5 live but I agree about his commentary, he's awful at that & he's a bit too creepy for TV, his head & hand movements are a bit much Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just turn the sound down and watch the picture. still wish they gave you the option of having crowd noise only.
I actually quite like Steve Claridge TBH and he's a Tory too, so whats not to like. I also think Mark Lawrenson is good too.
