He had "stop them scoring" on the previous page. Easy to see how he gets jobs isn't it.

    Certainly could learn from him.

14th in the table with 32 points already on the board. Has to work with a total budget of £3m (similar to Barnsley's budget).

    Mackenzie (league 1)
    Bishop (league 1, free)
    Fuller (free)
    Robinson (loan)

    Great signings by Ince.

I'm sure Ince and Flicker were looking at the same players. For example Paddy McCourt was on trial at Blackpool in the summer but he "couldn't run". Ince signed Bish instead and he has been player of the season for Blackpool.

Got a lot of lucky points early season, in freefall and will go down in my opinion.
Then Ince will use the race card again when he gets sacked.

Disagree. Losing 1 game from the first 14 isn't lucky. Full strength squad available and very solid defensively (even with no right back at the club)

    Sorry, but can't agree.

Not a brilliant manager, but is doing very well with not very much. His son is obviously their best asset & no other manager would have been able to hang on to him this long & develop him too.

That clip shows how easy the game really is and how supposed coaches complicate matters.
Get back to basics , well done Paul Ince doing a fantastic job at pool, learn his trade and one day will become a top coach either premier league or internationally.
