You say that, but Cliff was the UK's first proper rock n roll star. 'Move It' was an amazingly important track and it kept this music on British radio after the first wave of American stuff had petered out.

Mmm, I'd go further than that actually and say he peaked with his first single, Move It. Although Devil Woman isn't too bad. But that's about it, for a career with 100 album releases.
