the blokes finished... will never be a fraction of what he was when he was with us... I think we had him at his best TBH. There are better players to come than Howard at this stage of his career

 

Currie was not a patch on Howard!! Good player but not as good for the team!

We`ve had some reight tripe int middle of the park since he left, so not much has come in since then. But your reight lets see what Danny comes up with.

Like YT says it`ll be interesting to see how it works out for him back int Championship.

Howard was great and a true hero when we had him. I will always ... ALWAYS remember Anfield in 90 mins + stoppages ... It was a definite penalty as the tv did show, but he had presence to take the free kick quick and then blast it in the net before the Scousers had woken up... I think that's the first time I went dizzy with hyper ventilating ... or was it the young lass who I grabbed with huge norks. I certainly would stand up and applaud him wildly if I was in the 'Well and he was wheeled out as a 'Legend'. But I think that now he has had his day and is not exactly what is needed at Barnsley.

Couple of flaws in your response. First off, I never mentioned bringing him back. I said it's a shame he's gone to a club we won't play again this year, as I would have liked the opportunity to applaud him.
Second, David Currie retired a long time ago and so even if I had have said 'bring back Howard' it'd have made more sense than being a **** and saying what you did. You ****.
