I think over the years there will be more to come out. We all know about the sqandering of north sea oil and gas but I've just read an article that actually tells it like it was, we all think that it was used up on benifits during the de-industrialising program but this article tells in depth about how it was routed to the rich via big tax cuts. It also drew a parallel with Norway and how they used their windfall for the good of the country. Truely appalling. I would hope at some time an enquiry into this would happen, I won't hold my breath.
No mate Dont hold your breath because our democracy is stitched up they (all partys ) just go through the motions and let the media do the rest. They keep telling us we have the greatest country in the world but as you say when you see what the Scandinavian countries helping their people and our lot just preach confrontation all the time you know it not true. There'll be plenty to come out about the Tory gov't in the thirty year papers release but they'll be a helluva a Lot still repressed as they dare not let s know the whole truth and Blair's will be laced away forever with Iraq etc.imo
