After the shambles at Charlton last Saturday I received a quick response while still in London to my tweet asking about refunds on my ticket because I cant get to the rearranged game whenever that will be, was told to send my ticket back with a cover letter which I did, received a email this morning to say my ticket had been refunded in full including booking fee to my credit card also they were sending me a ticket for the Blackpool game on Saturday which unfortunately I cant attend either , so Beth in BFC Box Office thank you for great customer service, at least we were more professional than the tinpot club in South London. Next game for me will be Sheffield Wednesday weather and pitch permitting
Neither did I get one from their COO - copied Ben into email and he asked to be ccd into any reply "If you get one" Even he doesn't sound too hopeful. Has Barry Taylor reported it to his Paymasters yet???
