Apart from Leicester Whitey I can't remember Reuben having a bad game. Every time hes started or came on he's changed things. Some of the Sub appearances have been playing with the team playing badly. Doncaster away around new years day or coming on at Home against Huddersfield. Changed things in both games and tested the oppositions goalkeeper.

Preaching to the converted, Phil. I will agree with you all day on Reuben. Should be a striker though, alongside COG.
RNL should be playing every week in my opinion. Good attacking player with a great shot on him, he can also be trusted to do the defensive side of the game.
Given his record previously at the club with regards to young players and his comments last night, any of the young lads who show the appropriate desire & ability to Danny Wilson will get their opportunity in the first team.
My jury is still out on RNL. Obvious talent, but is he cut out for grown up football? I remember how much good extended loans were for Jermaine Dafoe, think possibly that might be good for Reuben? He'll come back crocked every time, I know.
And how many of those were starts. He's clearly a natural goalscorer can only be hampered by physique or fitness issues.

What about Jennings should he be getting the same chance that people are calling for the lads in the thread title to get or dose he not count because he's not come through our youth system ?
so do i the only problem we have here is the amount of people calling for the youth to get a chance they may well do, if they all get in the first team and we continue to fail they'll end up shot to bits, too many of our fans love to moan and slag players off and i don't think the fact that their only young lads will cut them any slack, they'll get hammered even by the people calling for them to be given a chance because if they don't turn out to be as good as some of our fans claim them to be it'll be their fault because they've got the heart of a pea and they'll never make it as a footballer and blar blar blar
