Just been randomly followed by Robin Van Der Laan.

He was often deemed one of our worst players back in the late 90's. But in fact, he was decent and was just playing alongside some very special players.

You don't know who Van Der Laan is? I've got a pic of me with him on an open day at my parent's house. I'd forgotten about them until I saw his name.

 

I think we got him from Derby County if my memory serves me right.

I see him from time-to-time on tv over here. I think he lives here now.

 

I rated him. But most of my mates didn't.

 

I hadn't though. I do now, to be polite. He must have come across a BFC related tweet or summat. He'll soon unfollow me once he realises how much I swear on matchdays.

 

Says he's in the midlands on his bio..? Runs his own 'RVDL' Academy apparently. Could that be in the states?
