Watching second leg, Sunderland running rings round Utd, this team Moyes has inherited must be the worst team that Utd have had for years.
Carrick, Smalling, Evra, Valencia, Fabio, Buttner, Young, Nani, all past it or not got it. They will need to start from scratch with these players.
I think Ferguson new when to get out

Fertile knew EXACTLY when to depart.

He'd just regained the Premiership crown, so went out on a high. He knew squad wanted rebuilding, at a time when their City rivals have money to burn and are signing world class players.

Separate subject, but have you seen City's training complex? It's in a proper **** hole of Manchester, but will be superb when completed.

Vito Mannone could be a hero for Sunderland ?

Think De Gea's error will boost him in the penalty kicks........Utd to win for me.

Sunderland win on penalties. Never ever have I seen such a load of ***** as Man Utd. Could not score even from penalty spot.
Good luck Sunderland you fully deserve it, you played them off park. I would not be have Moyes job for as much money as you wanted to offer

Credit to United, they did well to force extra time.

Don't know, but when you physically drive through the area, you get a feel for how big the complex is.

In fairness to City, they have injected cash and much needed employment, into a deprived area that was desperate for regeneration.
