    There comes a time to move on, even for good players. When you stop playing well and contributing to the team, that time has come. That should have been obvious to ALL. Perkins is a decent player, he can play a useful role, but his time at Barnsley had come to an end. Time to get over it and move on, I'm sure David has.

    Yes you did, but i think he is crap and it is obvious that Wilson does not rate him either, plus I would take Wilson`s verdict on a player over yours any day of the week.

    Perkins played his best games during your exile Mark. It was best for the player he moves on and he's found himself a decent situation, I can't see what the fuss is about. Sparcitus can go watch him at Blackpool, if he misses him so much.

    He was superb in his first 2 seasons, so if he can get back to that form then good luck to him.

    I don't think we'll of dropped a clanger in selling him as I think his time at Barnsley had come to a natural end
