Gutted and emotional - Basically saying come and get me, amazing stuff. 3 hours left.

Properly burnt that bridge right down, Leeds are in serious trouble.

Simon Jordan wasn't impressed was he?!

Seems very odd though to sack someone on transfer deadline day

I'd be livid to hear our club captain speaking like that on the TV. Great telly and funny that it's happening to Leeds, but if he doesn't get his transfer he will regret that.

I think Jordan was right, although I can't get past the fact that Jordan is a complete tw@t. A well known ex-chairman of ours singled Jordan out as the biggest prat he's had the pleasure of entertaining at the club, going a far as having to have 'a quiet word' with him. Wish he'd lamped him.

Yes, loved the King Alfred programme. He's very watchable, enthusiastic and concise. Can't really comment on his more academic work.

6 clubs in for McCormack since the live phone call.

Michael's a left winger, too. Just thought you'd like to know.
McCormack would only be warming the bench at Oakwell!:D

Simon Jordan should be delighted by this development. It's helping to make the role of an agent obsolete. No need for a fat cat agent to tout a player round the clubs and pocket his 15% . The player just needs to give Jim White a bell live on air to say he fancies a move.

Enterprise withdrawn their sponsorship of Leeds.

Flamingo Land (academy soonsors) withdrawn their sponsorship too. Seems they didn't like the rollercoaster of a ride and got in a flap.

A club in absolute meltdown. Just shows you can have all the history, massive fan base and iconic ground etc. But without proper owners with the club's interests at heart, it means nothing. You could make an argument that Yorkshire's three biggest clubs are the worst run at the moment (Sheffield teams and Leeds).
