Well done lad, great game today. Jennings MOM for me but Kennedy a close second.

Once again undone by not having a right back who can play a full game.

Kennedy has improved, but he annoys me when he switches onto his right foot instead of crossing or clearing with his left. He then either ends up going backwards or doing a weird shuffle to try and get back on his stronger foot.

Bit harsh on Hunt, the lad got clattered by Stephen Hunt and was quite clearly struggling after that. Hopefully it hasn't aggravated his old injury.

Aye, probably a bit harsh. The lad's a great right back but for the second game in a row we've ended up conceding after he's gone off and been replaced by a stand-in right back. Like you say hope his ankle is OK for next week.

Completely agree regarding Tom Kennedy but Hunt was taken off due to a knock. Hunt going off cost us the win today.

Deserves the praise after all the OTT opinions on here for what was a steady away performance.

Agreed, that's what I meant really, wasn't criticising the lad. Bad choice of words. However, we know he's not 100% fit yet. Why not have cover on the bench?

He didn't come on because he's left footed I suppose. Crainie could have gone to right back but that would have broken the Ramage/Crainie partnership which has been working really well. I love Jimbo but he's not a right back - he proved it last week and this. Maybe a wing back but not an orthodox right back.

And another thing. The lad Shea was apparently ill before the game. Why on earth pick him then? Waste of a sub.

I didn't go today, but great to hear Kennedy is improving under Danny. It's important we get Bobby fit and available. So many games, he could have come off the bench and seen the game out.

I love him because of his attitude and effort, for never giving in. However, like you I don't think he's good enough if we have a full squad

    Hassells fit just not selected.

How do I know this, I heard this in the week.

    Devaney: You fit Bob?
Hassell: yes, I played the first thirty today.

he's not going to get selected, We had two out who can play in the middle and he still didn't get on the bench. He'll be luck to play again this season.

Not been anti him or anything just telling you he was fit and giving you the source, ie the guy himself.

PS. The game on Tuesday was split into 2 30 minutes and Barnsley made subs after 30 minutes and 60. Etuhu and Pedersen came off after 30 minutes too

Yep, as I've just stated in my summary of today, Kennedy followed up his fine display last weekend with another decent showing today. I agreed with the sponsors for once, mind. Jennings was my MOM.

It's getting to a point where no-one can even mention Bobby Hassell anymore.

No it's the fact i can't mention him with the BS of the likes of Whitey and JT saying im having ago.

You answered a question and I answered the question better than most could.
I heard the question asked and the answered he gave. I saw him play.

Kennedy thread gets taken over by digs at a player who didn't event play.

Anyway, I agree, he had a decent game, particularly in the first half.
