    How do I import an e-mail and attachment into My Documents. This is a very important e-mail and I'm wary of losing it.

    What email are you using? Outlook or something online like Hotmail or Gmail?

    Either way, trying right clicking and see if there's a "Save As" or "Save Target As" something like that.
