Why I Will Vote Yes

Ts not just England's economy it was built on t was also Scotland's so there is n argument that they would take the pound of us

 

The UK has the pound, founded by the bank of England. Scotland want out of the UK so seems weird they want to keep it. Scotland used the pound as it a member of the UK.

I don't like the Conservatives either but they're certainly nowhere near as dangerous as Labour, Tony Blair has to be the biggest traitor in British history, abandoning border controls just to increase the Labour vote whereas the Tories are campaigning to keep Scotland in the Union even though independence benefits them electorally, they're putting the country before their party interests unlike Labour.

 

The tories have a lot of vested interest just because they don't have many MPs, Westminster administers policies and contracts and a lot are to their suppoters

 

The pound is also guaranteeing the ROI banking system which is euro linked to which Scotland as part of UK agreed to .
So why are we guaranteeing theirs and not our greatest Allie . Smacks of Westminster bullying to me.

 

They're also patriotic whereas that is a dirty word to Labour who hate Britain and see anyone who flies the Union flag as a far-right extremist, they can't wait for a united Europe, the Lib Dems are the same, Labour are only campaigning to save the Union to save their votes, putting their party first like they always do.

 

So patriotic that they sold everything off to foreign investors. Utilities,steel, even the contracts they sell out for our public services are foreign owned. ATOS, NHS contracts etc. The tories are only patriotic when it suits money is god to them

I can remember a time, and it wasn't all that long ago that the Tories north of the border had loads of M.P.'s and I reckon an independent Scotland will see a resurgence in Tory style politics offering a low tax, small government alternative for Scottish voters who want that sort of thing. Whether it will gain sufficient traction to give them a major influence in government in Scotland is another matter entirely.

I'm not sure they want the small man's member extension that is Trident missiles. If the past few weeks have taught us anything Trident missiles do not defend us against the greater threat to our way of life that is posed by climate change be it man made or otherwise.
