Sick of these idiots & their chav behaviour. Don't they realise there's kid's in the crowd & there'll be people with asthma. They're an embarrassment

 

What's worse is the abuse stewards and the police get. It would be easier for people to just sit down, be good and watch the bloody game, what you have paid for!

Would rather they keep their few hundred quid a year and stay clear. We'd save that in less fines and less damage we replace.

Far from defending them (myself wasn't anyway) although I don't know how you can class then as 'not fans' is ludicrous! Irresponsible yes, unruly yes, idiotic yes, but not fans?!? How do you know. They might have attended every game?!?

A friend of mine, a BFC ST holder has just got himself a few months in Doncatraz for another matter, so officially a criminal! He's done far worse than set a smoke bomb off. Is he still a BFC fan?!?

 

Must admit I laughed when they were both sets of fans were chucking the smoke bomb at each other. Then someone launched a bottle of fanta over plus a few other things flying about. Tbf it was idiots throwing it to other idiots so I don't see the issue. Let em feyt eachother if that's what they wanna do.

 

what a stupid comment,anybody can sing and shout, scream and swear, and get behind the lads, how does setting off these smoke canisters make it a better atmosphere ? i have followed the Reds for 40 years, some of the Kids in that corner were embarrassing to the club, mind you the Cops did nowt to sort it, we even had fans in front of me fighting among themselves today,

 

It's all right saying it's our idiots and their idiots, and if it was then I wouldn't care. But it's not. As others have said, clear safety issue from that kind of behaviour in stadium. And other week I saw a bunch of our fans reduce a kid, probably about 5 years old to tears with their behaviour on tram to Hillsborough. Club should make a clear statement saying it's not on.

 

I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark and say that I bet they sit in the ponty end and I bet they sit near THAT corner of the stand too

By the way last week the club got absolutely slated for 'picking on' younger fans and were accused of bullying and targeting the younger because they were easy targets. BFC Matchday Drinker onh twitter posted a picture alongside the caption 'kids with flares'. Maybe all those who couldn't wait to slate the club will now realise that maybe just maybe they targeted the young people because the idiots who keep setting these smoke bombs off ARE young

There's one thing for certain they may be fans of the club but the are certainly not SUPPORTERS of the club as their actions are putting the club at risk, costing the club a fortune and driving away real fans

 

As what has been pointed out already on here............it weren't a BOMB
It didn't blow up and spray peoples limbs all over the stand..........it didn't even produce a bruise
So whats the foooking problem??? !!!!!!!!!!

Maybe they should start using party poppers or streamers and feather fookln dusters.

 

Or you know they could always just sing and shout as much as they want without having to set off any kind of device or throw things or even without trying to run around in the gangways or assaulting stewards.

Quite why some people seem to think that you can only sing by acting like a total bellend at the same time is beyond me. It's like saying you can't talk to your friend without also swinging your socks around above your head at the same time

 

My daughter is asthmatic and couldn't breathe

She was in tears; we went to watch our team play, NOT to watch a flare display! If they want to do it they can do it in their own back gardens, I don't want to see it and neither do I want it to distract from our fight for survival.
