sick of seeing ogrady on the wing tho. big time! I think the thought is trying to pull men away from prostwich but it dunt half do my nut in when we are attacking and there is nobody up front. Fringpong was looking to play the ball a few times on saturday and nobody was there.

He's a winger. Has been all of his career. I discussed this with Donny fans on their forum. They said he eventually moved inside in his last few games with them as apparently his legs had gone. So as EN has pointed out (and most reight minded folk know) he's done a Giggsy and now plays central when asked, as well as out wide.

It's all irrelevant anyway, Paddy should be starting.

I think playing wide is part of his game.. He's done it with 3 managers, so i dont think they're telling him to do it - he just naturally gravitates there.

O'grady played really wide at Doncaster.

Yes he normally drifts wide but he wasn't doing that on Saturday he was playing wide. Also tracked there full back which was helpful.

Must admit when I saw the team I assumed Woods would play central with O'Brien on the right and Jennings on the left, but could work either way...

Yes and you were wrong then too. Woods is playing left wing.

Honestly can't see him not playing three in the middle.

I'm not wrong but when I get the chance (u21 games) I'll ask Danny Wilson or Martin Woods were he plays.

We can see for ourselves, thanks. Woods is a winger and you're a big baby.

    Don't worry

A lot of the players watch the u21's after training and Danny Wilson along with Ben Mansford always watches them (danny since he became manager in December)

Hemsy is right though. I'm pretty sure Danny said in an interview that he's been brought in to play centrally.

Team looks pretty obvious to me

    Steele
    McLaughlin Ramage Cranie Kennedy
    O'Brien Frimpong Woods Jennings
    Proschwitz O'Grady

Isnt it possible to agree that he's a left sided midfield player? He plays left side centre, left side of a 3, or left wing.

Dale on the right, Woods left, Jim foraging down the middle.

Would you class Giggs as a winger or a central midfielder?

    We're playing with 4 o'wingers - O'Brien, O'Grady, O'Woods, O'Jennings.
