If we're going into games expecting to lose we might as well tell the supporters not to bother wasting their time and money.

Yes the season he failed to get Sheffield united up with the best squad, twice the budget of 90% of the other teams and he messed up. GREAT

That's my opinion not Wilson's. He probably thought he could maybe catch them on the break and nick a point or three if we went defensive. He obviously thinks he's fielding his best side to do that job. It's already come unstuck in the first half so in hindsight it may have been the wrong tactic. Then again, we could have gone gung-ho and been 5-0 down instead, who knows?
Like I said, tonight is no surprise to me, if we lose against Millwall then I'll jump on the bandwagon and say we're down.

 

Ok fair enough sorry. So what would you do. Who would you pick and who would be your manager.

 

I wouldn't want to see him do a **** job.

See reply above. My opinion and I'm sure many more didn't expect to get anything away at Wigan

 

just open your eyes and think past changing the manager, clicking ones fingers and hoping to start seeing us start winning instantly.

Think about the absolute dross and half fit project players Hill and Flitcroft filled our squad with and then re-signing them all after they put us on the brink of relegation.

I think Danny has done a lot of work to make us hard to beat with limited resources and even now injuries are seriously hurting us.

We will not go down on todays result. We need to stick by them and keep believing not throwing the teddy out like you. Switch the internet and radio off and go for a lie down ffs.

That's my opinion mate. So you're telling me you thought we'd beat Wigan arey you? Fucjking barmy if you ask me. They've hammered Wednesday on their own patch, beaten Cardiff away in the Cup and are the FA Cup holders beating Man City (who stuck 5 past us) in the process.

If i was Wilson? I would Drop one of the strikers for Paddy and have Paddy in behind the lone striker, balls played to his feet. Defensively i would instruct us to get up and at em, not give the opposition time on the ball. Much like last season. Hopefully pick up a goal or two early on, if so thats when we should be sitting back and making it difficult for the opposition to break through. Easier said than done i know, but this isn't working is it?
