Do we look like a team fighting for our lives? No!

    Too many passengers all season.

Just want it to be over. Probably the worse season in my 35 years.

This is not an overreaction over losing at Wigan btw.

I agree. Sick of hearing 'no one really expected us to win' as well. I'm preparing for relegation now, just can't see where the winning run is going to come from

    Preparing...

I gave up weeks ago. Seems most of the players have too

Sick of this year on year struggle.

Although at this rate I don't think we will be a force in league 1.

At least we might win a few more like...

Unless you're over 70 it's the worst season anyone can remember on here.

This has to be the worst season I can remember too. When you look at ppg I think its our worst season for about 50 years. What makes this season so bad is the optimism and positivity that there was in the summer.

It definitely gave me a massive lift but I'm now back to despair and despondency again. No honeymoon period, no bounce. Its just been a long season of ****.

It's been mostly **** since August 2011. No coincidence.

But I for one probably expected too much too soon from wilson.

He couldn't change the entire squad or attitude in the time he's had so far.

He needs a long term contract.

One that allows him to steadily build a new team from scratch when they all piss off for pay rises at other clubs for failing.

Then in about 3 or 4 years we could be back in the championship with the momentum behind us (something we failed to grasp hold of from day one of getting back here)

To be fair I think a lot of us felt that Danny would be hard pressed to change things in time to avoid relegation after the Hillcroft experiment. It was and is great to have him back but unrealistic expectations are just that he inherited a mid table League 1 team and didn't gave any time to turn it round.
