Not been tonight so can't comment on any performances & didn't even listen player as I fancied watching City - Barca instead, however.....

We've gone to one of the best teams in the league & lost 2-0. There league position might not show it but that's because Owen Coyle had a nightmare there. Since Rosler took over they've been the form side in the league. We've gone there with our most creative player out suspended & without a fit right back.

However we played 2-0 is certainly an improvement on the 4-0 embarrassment back in August.

So stop panicking, if Millwall beat us on Saturday then feel free to rant, rave & cry about the result.

P.S. Give over with the slating of the new players. It's embarrassing.

Woods 2 starts 1 sub appearance
    Shea 4 starts & 2 sub appearances
    Frimpong 3 starts

& some of you are slating & writing them off.

Explain to me how good Vaz Te was in his first 5 games? He was worse than Matt Done.

I don't know if any of you slating them have ever played but if you had you should realise it takes a bit of getting use to playing with different players.

Agree with most of the comments made here. Tonight's result in the bigger scheme of things means nowt. I'd prefer the team to be picked on form and that doesn't seem to be happening.

Who would you of played instead though? I don't think we've really got anyone in the squad on form to be honest!

Maybe Cranie, Ramage & Proschwitz are in decent form & that's about it.

According to dee darr and Derek Parker Jimbo and Jennings were our best players tonight.

That's good to hear as Jennings wasn't his usual self against Donny & O'Brien's been getting a lot of stick.

3 points Saturday & this place will be full of optimism again

It's more about those woefully out of form isn't it.

I'd say Paddy has looked sharper and more interested than Shea in his brief cameos. I've seen each of Shea's games for us and in the performances he's put in thus far I'd put him about third choice for his position in terms of form. woods I haven't seen enough of and suspect he will be back on the sidelines as soon as Mellis is back fit ( my god how we miss him when he doesn't play) but he hasn't been picked due to form.

At the end of the day In Danny we trust.

O'Brien always looks best when we are terrible and tonight we were pretty rank though playing a decent team. No real star performers I'd probably say Jennings stood out as did McCourt when he came on the rest were blah.

Completely agree about Mellis, really hope he's back in the team Saturday
