Flicker last season - Hero.
Flicker this season - Completely lost the plot and while I don't have any figures to base it on I can't imagine too many managers in our history have a worse PPG record than him.

 

Good list there. Well apart from Gudjon who did well considering he was up against much worse than any other manager we've ever had has been.

 

Could do with Paul D whatever happened to him. Still aint our worst manager.

 

I can't believe theres only one mention of Spackman who in my opinion is the worst manager this club has ever had by a million miles.I would have any of the above back before N.S.

 

Can't believe Thordasson gets a mention - before he lost his marbles with Warhurst et al, he really had polished several turds.

 

Flicker's win percentage - 31%

Keith's - 25%

Keith was in charge of 30 games more, though. It's only speculation, but I reckon had Flicker remained in charge his win percentage would be below 20% by now.


I view Spackman as the worst in my time watching us.


My favourite is Danny (from 94 to 98). Followed by Bassett. Followed by Keith. Seriously.

 

I feel the same about Spackman.It isn't always about PPG.This man almost caused us massive destruction and thats bigger than any dislike for certain individuals.In my opinion of coarse.

 

I speculate he would have turned it rarnd in those 30 games. Hills would be less than the VAT rate with another 30 games. Good game this pal.

So you believe Flitcroft was a better manager than Hill? That's fair enough. Not playing a game.

I too wanted Spackman, and Hill. They are the only two managers that I've wanted, who then got the job. Oh, and Danny this time around. I don't like his chances based on my previous success rate.

 

Danny's - 9%

Not that I'm slating him or anything, whatever league we're in next year, he's the right man for the job.

I dislike Keith Hill a lot.

He signed some terrible players (Wiseman, Dagnall, Done) continued to play them when it was clear they were out of their depth, and he talked the club down at every opportunity. I wish him all the worst.

However, he is the genius offspring of Alex Ferguson and Jose Mourinho (it was a miracle birth) when compared to Nigel Spackman.

If I ever see a worse manager, we will be in trouble. Dagnall or Isaiah Rankin? Done or Kevin Donovan? I still have nightmares. Nightmares, I tell you.
