So we should sack him then? If he isn't making the decisions you want him to then you want rid of him? If not shut the **** up and back him
Yet you enjoyed Hills interviews when he bigged up the opponents every week and slated the people of Barnsley ! Strange person at times mate !
Hang about, you've got the wrong end of the stick again MardyMark. I said, I listen to them in the hope of getting Danny's thoughts on BFC. In other words, I expect the interviewer to ask questions along those lines. Giddings didn't do that the other day. He did today though, and respect to him for that. He even asked my Shea question. My grumble was at him, not the manager. No idea what my liking of Keith Hill's interviews has to do with this. But while we're here, here's a photo just for you.
There was no reason for Giddings to not ask the question. It's certainly a question I would have asked. A positive answer in regards to Paddy possibly starting at the weekend would have given a great lift to me and many other fans. ''Danny, Paddy McCourt has looked lively in his brief cameos over the last 2 games. He played a big part in the last minute equaliser at Doncaster and put in one of the more positive performances in his brief time on the pitch at Wigan. Is he edging closer to a start or do you still see him behind O'Brien and Shea in the pecking order?'' It really was that simple.
Its a good job this board wasn't around in the late 80's early 90's when we continually struggled - least then we stuck by our managers!!
What about the rest? How many bad starts did we make but stood by our managers decisions - this board would have gone into meltdown
This isn't a start though. We're 30 games in. I'm not asking for Wilson to be sacked. Far from it, but this season is far worse than any we had in the '80s and '90s.
I agree it seems a new low to me. I loved the late 80s those Mel Machin teams sone of my favourite years. This season there seems no end to the misery.
Under Mel Machin in 91/92 and 92/93 we had some awful starts tot he season - good job this board wasn't around then. My favourite era was that time though
We were well on our uppers. Down to 4,500 to 5,500 crowds We at least had some players I absolutely loved Fleming, Taggart and O 'Connell all our current lot seem so blah don't they. There wasn't much slagging off when we hot relegated from the prem on here. People seem to have bought into the Sky View of football building up the average into the brilliant then going into meltdown when things don't work out. It does get a little wearying.
JOB reminds me more of Brendan O'Connell every week. T'old Headless. Sent from my GT-N7105 using Tapatalk
