Got back from sea yesterday....4 weeks away in which its been rough as anything.... the boiler went tits a few weeks ago so its freezing anyroad to start with... but here goes today noticed 2 fence panels were down in the garden , tapped the neighbours door and apparently he's getting em fixed , result so far , i turned around to see a roof tile on the grass, phoned a roofer who came and told me it was the lintel's that were loose (aye orright) anyway £400 was the damage... whilst he was up there i heard a bit of a crash but couldn't see where it was until i went around the front of the house to see a bit of concrete through my chuffing window screen! no drama its insured so i went to phone the insurance , as i got my phone out i dropped the thing and cracked the screen.... brilliant anything want to break? oh yes as my iphone is now f****d il use the land line, no i wont as that has gone tits too!! im proper giving up on today and going to bed before owt else breaks! yours , unlucky alf.
