Well, we won. We deserved to win. We battled from the first whistle to the last. We played some terrific football at times. We scored a tremendous goal. I, for one, will enjoy this rare occurrence of a very pleasant Saturday evening. I believe there's going to be a few more before the end of the season. I'm not going to criticise any of the lads after the efforts they put in. I'm just going to enjoy our victory.
I'm sure whitey will find a critique of a player in your statement somewhere, get tin hat on he's ed a drink
and just what the bloody hell does tha' know about footy good to hear both you and Laura are on the mend are you well enough to enjoy the odd Goblet or two?
I know bugger all I admit that. Thanks, mate. She's a lot better. I can't have too many flagons, I'm driving her up to Penrith in the morning.
when you say 'Driving' ??? is that in the "One man and his dog" kinda driving ? or just taking the car.
How dare you, Kev? I've had half a shandy and will be calling you names all evening now. Except for the next few hours where I'll be drinking more ale and watching a film with r lass.
A great win and it could have been more convincing, COG could have had a couple on another day, Jennings could too. I thought Steele pulled a couple of cracking saves off too. Beer calling
