In terms of the poppy on a personal level it does not affect me either way. Both my grandads fought in the 2nd world war and were decorated neither one had any truck with remembrance day but respected former brothers who did. In terms of abusing soldiers it is absolutely abhorrent as is using soldiers to occupy countries to protect oil interests.

Like I said I have seen no examples of preachers preach hate in my town but I have seen the numbskulls of the EDL out in force calling people n****ers and pa**s.
