I thought this forum welcomed views from all corners, we cant all agree with everyone and think the garden is rosy now can we. I respect other peoples views so I expect mine to be respected in return.

 

Certain things/people piss me off granted, like these kunts arrested this morning. but i couldn't careless what people look like who they support/believe in or whatever, as long as they're good people living law abiding (in the most part) lives, but that lot at the train station just would not have it that theres good and bad in all races, and just seemed to get madder and madder

 

That's the thing i've found about people with views that express hatred of various types. They often don't respect people of a different religion, colour, race, ethnicity - but as soon as they are called on for not doing so, they reply with "You don't respect my views and you should".

The other problem with that line of argument is that taken to its logical conclusion we'd all respect someone with the view that "Hitler's final solution was a good idea". Which is clearly nonsense. The line about what views are to be respected are often blurred, but a general concensus usually emreges when someone says something that is based in an irrational hatred.

 

What about if the views belong to someone of a different race/religion/ethnicity?

 

Im not having a dig - just pointing out - that your reaction was illogically angry. They haven't been proven to have done anything, they were arrested for questioning.....

I think it's fair to say if the BNP say it's not happening then it's not happening.
