Not saying it's acceptable, but at least he's showing that he cares, I think he should have been on from the start.
If thats the case....it is poor. The players have to take responsibility and when they get hammered, they will get stick. Accept it and learn from it. This team makes me sick.
Just had this text from a Hudders fan Who's that barnsley number 8? He was kicking off with Barnsley fans at end, had to be held back by that tart with awful blonde haircut
It depends what he said. If he was sticking up for himself, he should have walked away, if he was saying get behind the team or sticking up for someone else, it may have been reasonable. It depends what he said, and what it was in answer to. I think he should have been on from the start, not because of that, but because he's played well under Danny and he would have put more effort in than the ones who were on the pitch.
I want him to show fight out on the pitch with his team mates, not at our supporters who support the club through thick and thin. They have every right to have a go at the players when witnessing such a disgusting and totally spineless display. Lets stop his wages, see how he likes it then.
After a five nowt defeat and knowing how useless he really is he should have kept his mouth shut regardless. Sack him tomorrow.
To be fair, he did show fight on the pitch according to Player, they said he did well since coming on. Still should have kept mouth shut unless something really despicable was said, I have to stand there and take all the abuse from parents when I don't even deserve it.
That's about the only thing Dawson offers, an argument. He never has been nor never will be good enough to play in The Championship. To be perfectly honest if he's arguing with our own fans he should be removed from the club as soon as possible. Bye Bye Steven, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Another text He went over to clap away fans and they were booing then some fat guy came down front to abuse him n that dawson looked like he wanted a bit!
Well done Daws if thats what happened. He may not be the best player or good enough, but he doesn`t lack passion and if he was getting personal abuse from a fan then for me he has the reight to retaliate.
Looked to me like he came over to clap the fans and say sorry and got a load of abuse, ideally he shouldn't react but no need to give him stick, sure he knows its not good enough but he was only on the pitch 15 minutes
Although we left early we were crying out for mad daug and missed Jim today that is fact not fiction from the reds player no passion on the field at all
