Initially, looked like DW had sussed out the weaker members of the squad and shipped em out. We praised him for that. Question is, has he actually replaced them with better players/characters? Shea - absolutely awful. Never looks like putting a tackle in or getting a cross in. He's here simply to put himself into the USA squad for the World Cup. Looks like his attitude stinks. Frimpong - always walking a tightrope of yellow and red cards. Ive no problem with somebody having a bit of persona about them, but the off-the-field Dench ballax is writing more headlines than his football. Lawrence - why did we sign him? Proswichz - looks a bit flaky to me. Im not sure he really wants to be here, and again, maybe is simply looking for the next permanent move. Hunt - looks good and quick. McLaughlin - unlucky with injuries. All in all, we don't really look much stronger. I am sure these are better footballers, but the character and reasoning why they are at BFC, is very much open to criticism.
Players are sent out on loan for a reason, they have either had lengthy injuries or not deemed good enough for there parent clubs first team and when you get as many as we do its shouldnt be too surprising when it doesn't happen straight away
