well that's me out then, wouldn't know while Sat if I could make it, given that will apply to a lot of others it's hardly going to help the attendance
You're right(for once) - Although all tickets are available from box office up until k/o it seems you can buy "normal" tickets on gate.
Not sure how much truth there is in it but my mate works for West Yorks police (civilian side, not an actual officer) and he maintains that police forces across the country have been pushing for clubs to stop match day ticket sales for some time now and that it will eventually happen. Presumably the reason being that the clubs and police will have some advance idea of how many fans are attending and therefore what level of policing is required. Won't do clubs any favours though as I know of quite a few lads who go to football on a whim rather than buying tickets days in advance. Something like this will more likely see them stop going rather than commit to buy in advance.
Ticket only..........it's to stop that bus load of flying pickets each with a bucket walking around in the away end asking for donations for the strike
Apologies, I didn't ignore you on purpose I'm working this weekend mate. The way things are going at the moment I'm lucky to get a Sunday off! Definitely up for Carlisle away next season though!
Ahh, no worries mate. I work alternate weekends now so I feel your pain. Good for the wallet, mind. I'm not sure about Carlisle, but I'm up for Bradford away.
I have 12 hours shifts 6 days a week on offer at the moment, hate it, but as you said it is good for the coin. Spend a fortune to watch the reds, or earn a fortune to check my phone and sigh
