    Better than last week .

Great goal from Jennings . Cranie Ramage blocked everything .

We looked a lot better without Frimpong too.

No Frimpong, until late that is. No Shea.

Million times better. Not always great with the ball, but always committed and competitive. Very pleasing.

You think that formation formula worked then eh?

Mellis Woods O'Brien and Woods were all superb.

And Forest were unable to cope with it.

    And we weren't lucky today.

And we weren't under siege for the last 20 minutes

don't talk wet because you like that formation

we scored from a decent pot shot which the keeper probably should have saved. Created no other opportunity and Forest missed a few good chances and hit the post.

I'm over the moon we won but let's not kid ourselves that it was a good performance.

Don't think you can judge a performance based on the amount of shots we had.

We were camped in their half the 2nd half up to us scoring. Might not have created many guilt edge chances but we looked fairly comfortable, as we did for the lions share of the first half.

We only looked under the cosh when we went a goal up, which is understandable. That said, we defended very well, Ramage and Cranie won everything and credit where it's due, but Kennedy had a stormer barring one strange decision late on when he seemed to take an age before being closed down in the corner. We weren't ever going to make many more opportunities after we went in front.

And the vital stat is the amount of chances converted. 1-0

wasn't a slick performance by any stretch, but we got the job done and a clean sheet. frimpong offers very little for me. i don't even remember him touching the ball while he was on the pitch. great win

We won the last home game 1-0 too. What formation did we play then?
