    Rooney, Wilshire, Milner, Ferdinand, Terry, and Jonathan Walters.... how the hell he gets picked continually for Stoke ahead of some of the strikers they've had, is baffling - especially when he is a penalty taker who can't take penalties.

    The topic is overrated and I believe they are. Are they good players? Yes. Do I think they are as good as Sky would have us believe? No. Therefore - imo - overrated.

    Rooney is second highest points scorer in fantasy league this season in the strikers category, and that's in a Manchester United team that's hardly set the world on fire. Now I know there lies, damned lies and statistics, but he must be weighing in with goals and assists.

    Having watching him week in week out, I'll admit he has games when he doesn't seem to do a lot, however he hardly ever loses the ball, protects it very well and I think you'll find he's one of the leagues highest with assists this season.

    As for over-rated players, I'd say Jordan Henderson by a country mile. He's lucky to be surrounded by quality players and his casual and common sloppyness often goes a miss.
