It appears that O'Grady has been punished for the disgraceful performances of Paddy, Mellis & Woods on Tuesday. He seems to have been dropped because he did nothing, even though he had zero service.

Why don't we give him some help up there. Someone who will make runs beyond him, a Rose or Noble-Lazarus? Or even Cwyka?

We've seen Paddy in the no. 10 role & he offers nothing, he's better out wide. We've seen Mellis there & he offers nothing.

There's no movement up top, the only starter who can do it is Jennings but he's pre-occupied with helping Kennedy.

How can we expect to win games with a defence as bad as ours when we don't even threaten the opposition?

    Wilson is tactically inept.
I have said it all season
Kennedy and Dawson must be his love childs.

All season? He should really have cleared those players out in the summer and brought in better players while he had a preseason..oh no wait

the way we set up just isn't conducive to attacking players playing well.

sat far too deep, just blasting aimless balls down the line to O'Grady which teams have finally sussed out and easily defending. If we get a chance to keep the ball for any period of time our passing is too slow and indecisive.

Because we're sat too deep our supporting midfielders aren't getting the ball in areas where they can do any damage whatsoever and they're too far behind O'Grady to run beyond him.

There's just too many things wrong with our set-up and it's becoming more and more annoying watching the same thing unfold every game.

I can see why Dawson is getting a game even though I don't rate him. He works harder than the other lads in the middle who look like they don't care.

The decision to have 16 midfielders on the pay roll but not to have more than one left back is beyond idiotic. He's been consistently our poorest player & we can't drop him. Joke.

You can read us like a book!
    Pace against the back 4
Attack down the left against Kennedy.
    Game over.

What injury is he carrying? Why is he on the bench if he's injured?

According to one of the groundstaff O`Grady has been carrying an injury for a couple of weeks and taking painkilling injections . He did not say where the injury was though .

Isn't it? He signed Woods, Shea, Frimpong & Lawrence in January, surely we could've not brought 1 or 2 of them in & get a decent left back in.

We can go over all the same ground lads but the fact is we have a **** team and a manager who is having to deal with it. Although whether he is better than Flitcroft is doubtful

The midfield is largly the long standing problem.

All four of them signings were either proven or good pedigree. Not supposed lower league signings.

Admittedly it hasn't worked but something other than lower league had to be tried.

The policy of lower league signings by the 2 clowns are now taking us their. And one of them had probably more money than any other manager in recent years. He wasted it and is now in league 2 where he deserves to be....

So he signed three permanent midfielders. Probably co she looked at what he inherited and knew they were cack.

And we've no idea of he tried to get a left back or not but just couldn't

I don't believe he couldn't. He had the whole of January to get one. Even if your first 10 options turn you down you've got to keep trying. The balance of the squad is all wrong
