As football goes this is really sad

    its like death by slow strangulation, we've got defenders who can't defend, midfielders who are either inept, mistake prone or who have the ability but just don't look as though they give a ****. No real about the forwards cos the poor bstards hardly get an decent consistent service.
    So when you concede goals for fun and can't score yourself what hope is there?
    I honestly don't know where we go, there's hardly anybody worth keeping for next season and if (probably when ) we go down there will be clubs after them.
    For me it's mainly down to that tit Hill and then Flicker to a lesser extent, honestly can't see how you can blame Wilson, he had hardly any time to assess what he'd inherited then had to recruit some replacements from what little was available without any real scouting time. OK you can query some of his tactics but don't think anybody could make a side out of this lot, certainly when injuries come into play

    Danny has to take some of the blame their s more potential in those players than they are prepared to give and its his job to get it out of them including the ones he didn't bring in

    I don't blame Hill or Flitcroft, they both gave their best under very difficult circumstances. In the current financial climate in football you can't compete at this level without significant investment; Robins knew that so he left and the following managers have proved him to be spot on... Cryne runs the club on a shoestring and will ultimately pay the price - League One football.

    Danny's signings have been pretty poor to be honest.
    Woods, Frimpong and Lawrence especially so. Hopefully they won't be around come August.

    Robins was sacked for having ambition and dating to suggest more than fourth bottom should be our aim.

    But these are a consequence of the financial situation. We can only afford no marks or players coming back from injury/that don't figure.

    Then they take too much time to get up to speed.

    I'm not going to slag off Cryne because without him there wouldn't be a Barnsley FC.
    We've been hanging on at Championship level for 7 out of 8 seasons and the inevitable is finally about to happen. The club has a losing mentality which is going to be very difficult to break, even in League 1.
    Some big decisions need to be made in the summer.

    Totally different the players flitcroft picked this seaon weren't good enough but he persevered with them most have now gone. We ave better players on paper under danny but he can't make em work and uses bazaar tactics and team selection

    Today's team only had 4 Wilson signings in. It's pretty much the same squad. It's time for the players to take the blame not another manager.

    Some terrible stuff under all managers. Robins gets slagged far more now he is a distant memory than he ever did when he was here.

    This boring football has become a myth if you are comparing to what we have seen since. When we are **** we are ****.

    Course its the players not denying that for one minute some of their displays ave been scandalous and in any other industry apart from banking they would have been dealt with accordingly but danny should be able to get the best out of them with the ones he had brought in to freshen up but most have been disasters Shea'frimpong.Lawrence etc. The attitude of flitcroft last season was needed as although they were inferior on paper the workrate and desire were phenomenal.but we have the unproffesional lazy attitude of late the Forrest game apart
