I was pretty much sat on the fence about DW being given the job. However..

Not taken as a slur on myself MM, it's all about opinions and how we see things at this moment in time. We are all hurting. My opening post was simply questioning if Wilson had made things worse than they already were. I'm not convinced he's blameless, not am I convinced that he can lead us back up again. Then again I don't know who could.

Mate I am pretty sure that IF we go down the we are not coming straight back up, but in Wilson I think have the right manager to give it a good go. He turned the Blunts into a team the were crap into a team that would have been promoted had he stayed.

This is where I have the problem now. If it's not unreasonable to expect us to go down, why bring someone as a saviour to try and save our season? By the way I had us relegated before Wilson came. I was hoping a new manager, choose who it may be, would turn it around, so far that hasn't happened and it can be argued that we are worse off now. We may as well have stuck with Mickey Mellon and maybe brought DW or another in the Summer.

Fair enough, wish I could share your optimism. IF we stay up there's no-one that will be more happier than me. I hate feeling down about my team.

We have improved. Just not enough.

Give DW time and the freedom to bring his own back room team in instead of them that are more interested in Bury for example and he will rebuild us.

Although the top of the club needs to have a look at itself as to what mistakes it has made...
