There just seems to be a common denominator in all this? Just my opinion... Coach last two seasons and the man that does the training ground stuff?!!!
Money is the main problem and the madness of modern football financing. Mellon is one of the problems certainly but having poor players with a few exceptions will always limit us.
Don't agree with that. Danny is the boss. Anyway if Melon is a common denominator to us struggling after only being here two seasons, what does that make Luke Steele who's been here for six years of struggle.....
You do realise that a goalkeeper has a lot less say in who plays in front of him than the assistant manager does right?
no micky melon does not train the so called super reds. its that mr so called danny Wilson what does the coahing
Of course. But since over the past 5+ years he's been the only regular in our constant relegation battles. We've brought in new players in every other position on the pitch in the hope of winning more often, but the keeper position has been untouchable.
So I have imagined us signing other keepers, then realising they were not as good as Steele then ? Alnwick etc ?
Couldn't afford to pay him off and bring another assistant in. I do have a sneaky feeling he will be our manager next season if we drop, he'll be the more affordable option.
Although we have improved slightly since Danny took over , our all round play , defending , attacking , tactics, has remained the same poor standard . Too late now to change , so only chance we have is with the players . And judging by Saturdays performance 75% don't care what league we are in next season
