Atmosphere aint been good and wasn`t around the time prior to the other twos sacking and it aint pleasant.

But having said you didn`t hear chants to get em out did you hear many chants of come on you reds.

What you miss abart the reds and Jimmy C`s thread, games with non stop singing start to finsh whether winning or losing, narrdays we have to be 2 goals up or referee has to give a stinker of a decision to get much response. That doesn`t include those that try to get it going int top corner.

We were singing 'red army' non stop for a good ten minutes a few games ago. But the players aren't exactly giving us much to cheer about are they? One of em was booed off Saturday, his replacement booed on. It's the players that the fans are against. Not all of em, but a good portion who are either not trying hard enough, or aren't good enough. It's difficult to see which is which.

I don't miss the singing that much. I miss the battling players, them playing as a team, and good results. We get that back, the singing will return accordingly. We're the silly buggers paying to watch this remember.

 

You get a new manager like after waving Flicker off after 17 games was it. Simples cos thats what happened.

Before anyone says im been a wind up and that i hate Steele. NO. Simply i'm getting sick of him watching the ball hit the bar and he can't command his area. He patted the ball in the air on saturday, that was horrible. The defenders have not got a chance when he's doing that and the opposition players have a run on you 3 yard out.

17 games? He was in charge for a lot more than that. As we've gone through before no doubt, I didn't want Flicker appointing in the first place, but he proved me wrong didn't he? I then admitted as much and was as behind him as I've ever been behind any manager. But yes I criticised him a lot this season (who didn't?) and I've criticised Danny as well. Big difference between that and wanting shut of someone.

I wanted Davey gone, and eventually at the death, Keith Hill. Other than that, you're having to go back to Parkin. For some reason, I always though Paul Hart was ok. Which shows you how much I know.

 

17 games in to this season I wasn`t using last season cos most were happy with him during the Summer.

Perhaps the club who thought him the perfect man in the Summer, ought to explain why and what it was that led to his removal just 17 games into the season? Because I don't believe there was an enormous opinion among fans that he had to go.
