That's what I think too and the way i'd have gone last saturday. McClaughlin loves to get stuck into challengers and Hunt loves to attack.
Desperate times. I don't want to see Bobby thrown in, torn to shreds and injured for even longer. If he can't even train, he shouldn't even be near the squad for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Totally agree. As does Danny I think. Hopefully he'll just be sub. I love Bobby, but playing him after a couple of days training against Reading won't make us better enough to risk it. Whereas, a more fit Bobby at Yeovil could make us better enough to get summat down there. Plus, Hemsworth's going to Huish Park so it'll be nice for him to see his idol return.
"Substitution for Barnsley, replacing number 22 Jean-Yves M'Voto, wearing a Pantomime Horse fancy dress costume, number twelvety - Carl Regan." Still better than Big John. In fact; a cardboard cut-out of Big Ted would be better than Big John. I blame Luke Steele.
No he wasn't. He was training with the u21's Saturday (his first session of training in weeks). He's not even fit now, if you ask him himself. But we're desperate and so he'll be on the bench tonight. Horses mouth.
I don't think he is a pussy. He's got more steel about him than any of our midfielders except Dawson & Frimpong. I think he's been treated harshly, he seems to of been dropped because he was garbage on the wing but we all know that's not his strongest position.
I agree, Django. Don't think he's amazing or owt, but he's had less chances than other habitual failures. He started in our last and only away win this season.
I don't either. He gives us a physical presence, doesn't get dragged out of position & plays simple, early balls to more talented team mates. Exactly what's needed for me.
Don't think bobby would tell you he wasn't fit and why would we take somebody who is not fit and not played any matches since injured my source is a close friend of bobby and my info has never been wrong
Ponty if somebody say he is fit do you take a risk on him just coming back from injury or throw him in
