The BBS seems to be getting angrier and more personal of late.Is it due to the teams relegation fight?maybe. One thing I don't agree with is the stfu button. If a board is about opinions this button has no use,It defeats the object.Good sensible debate is what forums are for and no 2 people can agree on everything in life.If debate with certain people can't be achieved surely tolerance or even the choice to ignore is the best way forward.

    Couldn't agree more.

I'd get rid of the dislike button too. If you really do dislike what someone says then tell them why and they can explain themselves. It might just be a misunderstanding. Don't click 'dislike' and run off.

Can't see any use for either button other than it annoys the recipient and why would we devise a forum that deliberately sets out to annoy the members? I use two other forums on the internet, both have got a 'like' button and nowt else.

I think the 'like' and 'thanks' buttons are good. I 'like' certain posts that I enjoyed reading but didn't have the time or need to respond. The 'thanks' button I use to thank people... :)

    Agree on the STFU/dislike buttons.

Wait until we add the "****ing die lovely person" button. :D

The STFU button has nowt at all to do with the bad attitude and behaviour of some members on here. Maybe if it was used a bit more then less members would have been banned.

jwas only ever meant as bit of a joke but just as the like button can be clicked to say you like a post, the STFU buttom can be clicked to show you really don't agree with a post. instead of getting personal and telling someone to go die.

anyone taking offence to that button shouldn't really be posting their opinions on a forum.

Guilty. I have used the STFU button in the past but generally the one and only reason was as a bit of fun designed to annoy somebody. I am very immature. Having said that I have had the STFU button used on me and it doesnt annoy or bother me in the slightest so I'm not sure why I think it will bother others.

    At least I'm consistent.

Its actually nice to read some positivity on here for a change. Biggest game of the season on Saturday will implode the BBS one way or the other.
