very much doubt it pal, didn't they do a special offer for the Bournemouth game and that didn't seem to make any difference to the attendance
accept what you are saying ... but maybe for the Leeds game? some sort of home fans deal... £10 adults £5 kids... surely that's gotta be worth a shot, especially as I for one see that game as a very winnable one. They are in turmoil, we are desperate for points... fill it up with more home fans. It could be a very vital game.
Re: accept what you are saying ... but maybe for the Leeds game? Can we not have anymore stupidity, like telling people to kill themselves? I don't know if you struggle with drink or are suffering from post traumatic stress disorder but at times you are truly unpleasant. Lets hope when you do it again you are banned permanently.
Re: accept what you are saying ... but maybe for the Leeds game? If it gets down to the QPR match, and a win would see us safe, I think the club ought to let ANYBODY in for free. But other than that, no.
Did they? Here is the key problem with Barnsley's special offers, they hide them away on some random page of their awful website and nobody knows about them
I thought it was a buy ticket for Bournemouth get another ticket half price or season tickets can bring a friend for half price. you are right though, their advertisement at times is shocking
"we've just told you no" oh don't try to set me off please Tomfun... I was banned the other night .. and quite rightly... but people like you do not help me from kicking off. Maybe the club have not thought about it, perhaps a suggestion from this board (which I know the look at) or the supporters trust could fill the ground against Leeds at the very least. You can bet they will fill the North stand... do we wanna be out fanned by them ???
Re: "we've just told you no" not at all. you asked a question and it got answered. you asked it again, so it got answered again. as long as we're $hit, they don't work. it's been tried and tested, time and again. barnsley football club are acutely aware of how successful ticket initiatives are. now pack it in, before you get banned again
Re: accept what you are saying ... but maybe for the Leeds game? ??????? whos told him? dragon put a suggestion to people to comment and you just shoot him down
Re: accept what you are saying ... but maybe for the Leeds game? don't pander to it barry. he's a tinker and he knows it.
So they've advertised it to the same people 4 times then? Genius. The people who view the clubs twitter are generally the same people who use the clubs facebook and the people who use the clubs website are the same people who get emails from the club Where are the announcements at matches? The info on the scoreboard and on the new shiney tvs around the ground? The announcements on local radio? Where is the big banner in the carpark? If they devoted as much space to proper promotion as they do space for advertising events that happened months ago (there are signs all around the ground advertising things that have already happened, in fact as you enter the east stand you are welcomed by a giant ad for the 2012 player of the year dinner) then people might know about things Also I get emails from the club selling me things that I already own but I got nothing about this
