    yep! think it was Mccowans or something like that they did really good one that was covered in chocolate (think it as them) and while we are on toffee lets hear it for Penny Arrow bars!!

    It's no wonder you don't see many people 30+ with a perfect set of their own teeth, spice used to be miles better. We did need all this energy though for climbing trees, making dens and playing football with two trees at a ridiculous distance apart as goal posts - then have a fight after an argument about whether the ball had hit or gone over the imaginary crossbar!

    Splicers, although that was only the prototype name, once released they were called stripers. A kid who lived near us had a dad who invented sweets, what a job.

    I have a recollection of a chocolate bar in the 80s that was coconut (think similar to bounty) but with a cherry filling. It was amazing- in a purple or burgundy wrapper. I have looked online for it a few times and never found its name
