    Have come to light at at the worst time possible, i wonder how long plod have been gathering information before making it public in the final month of the season, arresting players at the most important stage of the season to do as much damage as possible.

    can imagine the squad got a lot of training done yesterday knowing one of their team mates had been carted off by plod. i wonder which police force is running these investigations, pound to a penny one or two of them support London clubs ether scrapping at the foot of the championship or top end of League One

    DJ Campbell at Blackburn was arrested just a week or two after the tackle under suspicion. I'm not saying it's the case here, just that it doesn't have to be some time ago.

    Looks slightly different if you're a Preston player, 6 in the same team. Seems to be a Lancashire/NW thing, as that's Oldham, Blackburn, Tangmere, Preston so far.

    Let's be really clear here. If there's a case to be heard, timing of the arrests/enquiries is irrelevant. The way to avoid any of this, is to not be implicated in the first place. Agree it could not have come at a worse time for us though.

    just a thought IF daws did allegedly miss a penalty on purpose how did he/the syndicate/whoever, know we were going toget one ?
