    What an abominable laiker he really is. I hope for his sake he is on the take as it might explain his completely inept performances.

    P.S before anyone says owt Mellis was awful too.

    I just dont get why you single out Dawson and both Mellis and woods were as bad if not worse.

    I agree Dawson is ****, but he put himself about and played to the best of his poor ability.

    Mellis on the other hand has the ability but jogs about like hes not bothered.

    5k per week for not even trying is better work if you can get it

    Because everyone else slates Mellis (who actually has a bit of talent) while praising Dawson for his alleged work rate which basically consists of running around aimlessly with his conference level of control. He truly is absolute fecking *****. Not to mention the slight controversy hanging over his head.

    Mellis may have talant but if hes not going to use it, then hes no better than Dawson.

    Dawson was dogshit tonight, his cross from the byline under no pressure was a joke. I would be rather have had mellis making that cross, but were the **** was he, he hardly crossed the halfway line

    When was the last time he used it? I've not seen it in any home game this season. Apparently he did ok at Brighton away?

    Dawson, very hit and miss. Miss tonight certainly, n not consistent enough at all. But playing at the side of a statue and mellis cannot help.

    McCourt came on from weeks of rubbing his balls on the bench and controlled the ball dead with his very first touch. Something no-one else in our side could do in the first 80 minutes. Made my smile at least in a very poor game. Shame we're never going to see how good he is, but just seeing someone being able to control the ball in a red shirt was an achievement tonight.
