Be a great idea to get yet another manager.....not. That's what's got us in the mess we're in now. I hope most people are committed enough to renew their season tickets, although I suspect a lot won't, and get behind the club a level down. Let's give the guy time to rebuild us. He has the experience and just who else could we turn to who is better equipped to do the job? Mind you if he gives Woods a contract........
You surprise me, you've never mentioned that before. ******* quiet over the last couple of weeks though.
I think we all know Danny will be here next season, which is fair enough, not our choice to make. But personally, in my opinion, i don't think Danny is the answer, he never was the answer, and i still stand by the fact that he was only considered because of his past success at the club some 16 years ago.
We should have pushed the boat out and gone for Neil Warnock until the end of the season with the task of keeping us up.
We do need some stability and DW is a safe pair of hands. I'm giving it a miss next season (ST that is) and will pick n choose my games......this season has been a total disaster and the final nail in the coffin for me, after >25 years as a ST holder.
Which then leaves us looking for a new manager at the end of the season with the same small pool of potential candidates to pick from. Not sure that someone living in Cornwall would be interested in a short term job at Barnsley either if he didn't fancy Forest.
Yawn. Of course we do. Have you perished the league table recently I think you'll find that Burnley are 11 points clear of third place and we lost 1 nil to them.
Could have been an option but I don't think that there is a boat to push out because Flicker had holed it below the waterline already.
