    Colin Marshall
    Skinny bloke who scored for fun in the reserves mid to late 80s. Not sure he even played for first team. Was sure he'd make it though. Michael Owen mould.

    Who was the other one who played in the same team as Karl Rose and Deon Burton in that goalless draw at Watford under Hendrie?

    That game was me birthday present to missen. Great choice.

    Definitely Carl Barrowclough. Also Leo Bertos and Sean McClare. Darren Foreman showed flashes of brilliance, mostly against Leeds.

    I'm sure Nathan Jarman or Nathan Joynes were raved about but were both cack.

    As for John Stones - twelve games and never heard from again. What went wrong?

    I'm sure that I saw Colin Marshall once and he was so skinny he would have made Martin Bullock look like Mr T.

    Nathan Jarman, I was sure he was going to be the 20 goal striker we all dream of. Got that wrong , he was cack as soon as he came up against the misters !!!

    Never entered my thoughts. He, like Stonesy, Eaden, Watson et al, showed his ability for us and has done since. This was summat I was thinking about earlier, reading about Michael Johnson (ex Man City) and his decline.

    Aye, he's had three ACL injuries. Quite an achievement for him to still be playing, and so well.
