Take it to a shop that buys and sells games they usually have a machine that polishs the disc surface. They use it to fix little scratches etc.game in town may have one or know who does. Gamestation used to have one but it's shut

Fook it im on it now. Just bought baking soda toothpaste (£1 from Parnd Stretcher)! Tried it on and old slightly scratched disc, clean and shiny and scratch less now!!! Eff me

So onto the circular scratch one. One coat and the scratch has distinctly reduced. Update to follow.

Like AndyTyke says. Take it into game in town, they'll clean and fix up for a couple of quid.
Young un scratched his GTA5 and I did the toothpaste thing but didn't work. Made it look worse if owt.
Took it into game and was good as new within 5 mins.
