Just been told my mates organised his Stag Do to Edinburgh for 3 days on the 4th July. I Can't wait but... Hold On... What date is my Wife going to Edinburgh on a completely unrelated Hen Do...? 4th of B@st@rd July, thats when....
What's wrong with that? You're not going to do anything you wouldn't want your wife to know about are you? I doubt she's going to want to be following you around when she'll be on a hen do.
Me too, I remember this one stag do I'd had so much to drink that I...and get this...went to the lady's loo's by mistake, god I can be a crazy rebel sometimes
It doesnt mean that I was going to be unfaithful, but I like to get completely w@nkered on such events, where I can't stand up, where being sick is a precursor. Where I can have a cig, even though I don't smoke... You get my drift. I dont fancy being laid out in the street being judged by someone I will have to spend the next week with. What happens in Edinburgh, stays in Edinburgh. I'm basically saying I want to get as pissed as a newt and not see anybody that might negatively effect my life afterwards, and that includes lots of tutting.
You'll be fine. She's probably thinking the same thing to be honest. I'm probably being thick, but I don't get the spending the next week with comment.
Can you explain it? I understand the what happens there, stays there bit. But why one week? Isn't he going to be with his wife when he gets home too?
Can you explain it to me too please? Does that mean I'm a woman? To me, it sounds like he'll be divorced a week after he gets back from Edinburgh.
Either that or he's never actually met his wife before, and they are being forced to spend that amount of time together?
I actually bumped into my future wife on her hen night before our wedding. I lived at Millhouse Green at that time, and she said she was going in town with the girls. I went in to the Huntsman in Thurlstone for a quiet pint. After about half an hour guess who staggered in? After being told off for having the cheek to be in their chosen pub I had to buy a bloody round for the lot of them.
