    Quick look on soccerbase shows he's very card happy, 103 yellows this season, one red.

    Last referred us in a 1-1 draw against Palace at home last season. Perkins scored a late equaliser.

    He's predominantly lower league too

    Been to the 'well once in each of the last three seasons with a 1-1 result each time.

    Not sure I'm that keen on a ref from Lancashire taking charge of us, given the proximity to Blackpool.

    Had a proper look now, he's referee'd us 4 times, all at Oakwell. 3 1-1 draws against Palace, Leicester and Derby. His first game in charge of us was a 1-0 win over Leicester. None of these games stick in my mind as particularly incidental.

    He's referee'd Leeds 3 times, a 1-1 draw with Ipswich this season, a 1-1 draw with Wycombe and a 3-3 draw with Portsmouth.

    If the referee is anything to go by, I'd get my money on a score draw.
